How long does the onboarding process take?
Most contractors complete the entire 3-step process in about 15 to 20 minutes. It's best to have your basic identity documents ready before you start.
What if I encounter an error while signing the contract?
Errors are rare, but they happen! If the DocuSign embed doesn't load or you make a mistake in your details, simply send us a quick message through the contact form on this page.
Is my progress saved if I leave the dashboard?
Yes. Because you are logged into your individual member account, every checkbox you tick is saved to your profile instantly. You can pick up exactly where you left off at any time.
When will I get access to internal work tools?
Once all 3 required steps are marked as complete, our system will automatically trigger an email containing your invites to our operational platforms within 24 hours.
